Crystal‑clear privacy so you’re always in control of your data.

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service: account information, team/workspace details, and usage metadata. For integrations (e.g., GitHub), we only request the scopes necessary for the features you enable.
We use data to provide and improve the service, troubleshoot issues, secure the platform, and communicate important updates. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We take security seriously: encryption in transit and at rest, least‑privilege access, audit logging, and regular reviews. Access to customer data is strictly limited and monitored.
We do not read or retain customer data that flows through the service. Occasionally, we log operational errors and minimal metadata (for example, timestamps, HTTP status codes, connector identifiers) strictly to diagnose issues. These logs never include the contents of your data payloads.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete it.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm and permanently delete your data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal reasons.
You can access, correct, or export your data. For help, contact us at [email protected].
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in‑app.
